Delayed Harvest and Large Stocked Trout Streams Fly Fishing Report- June 5, 2017
Many large trout are left over in our delayed harvest trout streams. These trout can be caught on large nymphs below the fast riffles.
Excellent nymphs are the Bitch Creek Nymph size 8, Mr. Rapidan Brown Soft Hackle Nymph size 8 and Casual Dress Nymph size 10.
Excellent streams are the Jackson, Bullpasture and Big Stoney Creek West of Edinburg.
