I really like this for tailing dry flies. These hairs are very light, stiff and durable. This is what I use on the Mr. Rapidan Dry Fly. I chose this material for the Mr. Rapidan because the hair fibers are very strong and not many are needed to support the fly. The hairs are hollow which helps float the dry flies. I use these for the tails of many different dry flies from size 20 up to size 8.
