Fish this Mouserat along downfalls. Wade in from the the upstream side and cast it tight against the main log starting at the main river end. Make each successive cast a foot further up the log until you fish all the way up to the bank. A very slow line hand twisting action is perfect. Allow the Mouserat to swing into the current from the bank allowing it to have "drag" which makes it look like it is swimming.
